If you've lived here a while, you probably already know Belmont Tire & Auto — or you've had Chugie's crew take care of your rig at some point. What started as a mobile tire operation working out of the Farleys' own backyard back in 2018 has grown into a full two-bay shop on Belmont St, and it's become one of the names people around here actually trust with their vehicles.

Not a Convenience. A Necessity.

Out here, a shop like this isn't just nice to have — it's a necessity. When your truck breaks down in Nome, there's no calling around to a dozen other shops or driving to the next town over. Residents, folks coming in from the villages, and the fleet and commercial vehicles that keep this region moving all depend on the handful of businesses that can actually get them back on the road. Belmont Tire & Auto has been one of the ones people count on.

Built Alongside the Community

The Farleys have been part of this community the whole way. You'll see them behind the preschool raffle every year, and around town through the Lions Club snowmachine racing, sponsoring the swim team, and sitting on the Winter Sports Association board. This isn't an outside operator moving in — it's a business that's been built alongside the people who use it.

Inside, the shop is fully equipped and ready to go — two-post lifts, tire changing and balancing equipment, organized tool and parts storage, and enough bay space to keep multiple vehicles moving through at once.
